We use only premium full-grain pure leather, known for its strength, comfort, and long-lasting shine. No synthetic or artificial leather is used in any of our products.

Yes, we can make custom sizes and offer design adjustments on request. For personalized orders, please contact us via email or WhatsApp before placing your order.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect size, we offer easy exchanges within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in original packaging.
