At VaxFord, we’re dedicated to delivering your handmade pure leather shoes safely and on time.
Every order is handled with care — from our workshop to your doorstep.

🗓️ 1. Processing Time

  • All ready-made orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

  • Handmade or custom orders may take 5–7 working days for production before shipping.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

📦 2. Delivery Time Across Pakistan

We deliver to all major cities and towns in Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days

  • Custom Orders: 7–10 business days

  • Remote Areas: May take an extra 1–2 days

(Delivery times may vary slightly due to weather or courier delays.)

💵 3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Delivery on orders above Rs. 5,000

  • A small delivery fee (Rs. 200–300) applies to orders below this amount, depending on your city.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

🌍 4. International Shipping

Currently, VaxFord ships within Pakistan only, but we are working on enabling international deliveries soon.

📬 5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp.
You can easily track your parcel through our courier partner’s website or link provided in your message.

❗ 6. Delivery Attempts

Couriers will make up to two delivery attempts. If the parcel is not received after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us.
Please ensure your contact number and address are accurate to avoid delays.

💳 7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD orders require full payment upon delivery.
Kindly check your package before making the payment — once accepted, no refund will be issued unless under our return policy conditions.

🧾 8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
We’ll assist you with a replacement or refund after verification.
