At VaxFord, every pair of shoes is crafted with passion and precision.
We want you to love your purchase — but if something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.

📦 1. Exchange Policy

We offer easy exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Exchange is only accepted for size issues or manufacturing defects.

  • Custom or made-to-order shoes are not eligible for exchange unless defective.

Once your exchange request is approved, you’ll receive the new pair within 5–7 working days after we receive the returned product.

💰 2. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only in special cases such as:

  • You received the wrong product or size.

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

  • The ordered product is out of stock after payment.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash) within 3–5 business days after verification.

🚚 3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was defective or incorrect.

  • If your return is approved, we’ll share the official return address and instructions via WhatsApp or email.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not been shipped.
Once dispatched, the order will follow the return/exchange process.
