  • All VaxFord shoes are 100% handmade and crafted from genuine pure leather.

  • Product colors and textures may slightly vary due to lighting or screen differences.

  • We reserve the right to update or modify products, prices, and availability at any time without prior notice.

💳 3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or Cash on Delivery verification.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order for reasons including stock unavailability, incorrect information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • For online payments, all transactions are processed through secure and verified payment gateways.

🚚 4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard delivery time within Pakistan is 3–5 business days after order confirmation.

  • Handmade or custom shoes may take 7–10 working days for production.

  • Delivery delays may occur due to courier or external factors beyond our control.

🔁 5. Return, Exchange & Refund

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for size issues or defects.

  • Refunds are processed only for incorrect or damaged products after inspection.

  • All returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

🧾 6. Pricing & Promotions

  • All prices listed are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes.

  • Promotional offers, discounts, and sales are subject to change without prior notice.
